Congestive heart failure (CHF) is a complicated disease with a wide array of management choices which can be confusing and difficult to manage correctly. Often medications such as diuretics may need frequent adjustments and close follow up both clinically and with blood work.
Because we recognize how intensive CHF follow up can often prevent frequent hospitalizations and improve overall quality of life, we have a dedicated clinic run by Patricia Cerreto MS, PA-C. With her extensive experience and extraordinary diligence, she has been indispensable in helping care for our patients.
